Another visit in June 2025. It remains nice and good. Surprised to find that they charge ¥220 for additional cup of rice. Not that I have second help, but I thought these are free especially in this region. A restaurant in the Snow Peak camping complex. It is very nice with Kuma Kengo designed building. I say it is one of the better Kuma Kengo’s. It has very pleasant view of the mountains and field from the wall. The food is good.

受付で名前と携帯番号聞かれる 雪峰　入る方には聞いてると　なぜ？ チケット買うときの対応は良かった 券売機わかりづらい レストランは地下と１Fがあるまず わかりづらい　お風呂￥1,318別税 入湯税￥150サウナ　景色　キレイはキレイ お値段⤵️お料理は選べない？ なんか自動的に雪峰御膳￥2,500別税 説明不足 こうするとこうなるとか…… 食器類はいいものを使ってます。 箸はマルナオ、箸置きは独自ブランド 最初にサラダが出てきます…… 食べきらないと次は出てこない サラダ出す意味をわかってないと感じる サービス　お冷　後ろから黙って お水入れにくる　ホールしたことないの？前職　忍者？【失礼します】くらいは……ランチでも結構な金額取るわりにはサービスレベル低いです。 オープンキッチン オープンキッチンのデメリットが全て出ています。カウンター６位 テーブル４人×７？くらい なんとも言えない…… ご馳走さまでした。計￥4,350込 ウナギ食べに行けば良かった……

レストラン雪峰 Restaurant Seppo （法式餐廳@3.31） 😋燕三條Snow Peak Headquarters想去好耐；今次一泊二食終於如願、在雪峰試了個法日晚餐🥰感謝太太陪我一齊喺日本癲咗咁耐🤣 😋午市客人以日歸浸溫泉客人為主、晚餐絕大部份都係過夜旅客，整體來講尚算滿意： •先付け(頭盆)：鮮墨魚配獨活野菜蠶豆汁 •椀物(蒸物)：春菊汁海螺茶碗蒸 •中皿（煮物）：嫩煮春筍芽 •肉料理：香煎丹波黑雞髀扒 •土鍋ご飯：新潟櫻花三魰魚/魚子土鍋飯 •デザート(甜品）：日式麻薯配開心菓雪糕 •食後のお飲み物：咖啡 😋日式早餐擺盤精緻、非常滿意🥰
