Okawa Oasis — Restaurant in Sanuki

This is a wonderful spot to oversee the Seto Inland Sea 瀬戶內海. As other comments said, the restaurant has a little vintage look. It's more like a 80's American restaurant. But this gives it such an atmosphere that you can indulge yourself in such a beautiful scenic view of the inland sea.

When we got there at around 10:45am, there were only a few customers. We can select any seat we wanted. But after a while, the window seats were quickly filled, and the restaurant became full around lunch time. And it's a weekday.

As described before the down stairs restaurant is a little dated but the food it good and there are multiple sets to choose from. If you are having a reception there is an upstairs facility with a nice dining hall and catered meals. The view of the ocean from the upper floor...

2021年8月24日、13時過ぎに入店。 丸亀市の人間が、高松市より東に行く事はあまりありませんが SNSの普及で、美味しそうな料理やデザートを求めて 東讃地方に行く回数は、昔より増えました。 中でも30年以上前からあると思える 大川オアシスさんは　初めてです。 いつも素通りしてましたが、やはりInstagramなどでデザートや海の風景が　上がってきているのを ママさんが見つけ　チェックしてました。 昔のドライブインですかね。 古いだけでなく、デザートはインスタ映えするモノを用意してますし 食事の方にはドリンクバーが付いてます。 あとは古さを感じてしまいますが、コレは今まで頑張ってきた証。 スタッフさんもご年配ですが、ハンディオーダーシステムを使いこなしていたので ご立派です。 トイレが下の階に降りないといけないですが 子供は探検だと思って楽しめるでしょう(笑) 後から来た家族連れも、生憎の曇り空で「天気予報では晴れやったのになぁ〜」と曇り空を羨んでいましたが、また次来る口実が出来たと思ったら 楽しめますよね。 料理は美...
