Freshness and very tasty, sell at ¥350 very reasonable price as it is local delicacies

The hotate is totally awesome, fresh from the tank. I have the hotate don set lunch for 1,760 yen and it is totally worth it from where I came from, Singapore. There is at least 3, or maybe 4 pieces of hotate in order to cover the rice bowl. Highly...

このさるふつまるごと館は道の駅さるふつ公園の敷地内にあります。 2023年5月末の北海道ツーリング時に立ち寄って有名なホタテ丼を食べました。

ホタテ丼は非常に素晴らしく最高でした。 水槽に入っているホタテ貝をすくって奥の調理場で捌いて出してくれます。 私は元々ホタテ貝が大好きなので東京の飲食店や自宅でも良く食べるのですが、こちらのホタテ丼のホタテ貝は全くの別ものでした。 味自体はホタテ貝の味でほぼ共通なのですが、ホタテ貝柱の「まだ生きている感」が強く感じられ、イメージ的には平貝の貝柱のような歯応えもある素晴らしいものでした。 新鮮なホタテ貝柱を使ったホタテ丼そのものが素晴らしいのは当たり前ですが、それ以上に私が感動したのは付け合わせで出てくる「貝ヒモ」でした。 貝ヒモはまだ完全に生きている為に動いており見た目は程良くグロテスクですが、これを醤油に付けて食べるとコリコリした感じが最高で激ウマでした。

昔の情報を見るとホタテ丼が1200円だった時代もあるようですが、私が訪問した2023年5月最終週の価格は1760円でした。 昔の価格は凄く魅力的ですが、今の1760円という価格でも十分に支払う価値があるほど素晴らしい食事でした。 訪問の機会があれば是非食べてみて下さい！ もしまた北海道ツーリングに行くことがあった場合、こちらを再訪してホタテ丼を食...

The hotate is totally awesome, fresh from the tank. I have the hotate don set lunch for 1,760 yen and it is totally worth it from where I came from, Singapore. There is at least 3, or maybe 4 pieces of hotate in order to cover the rice bowl. Highly recommended!

8月10日13時ホタテが食べたくて、レジ前からの列の7番目位に並びました。 システムがよく分からなくレジ近くに行ったらレジ前の腰下くらいに説明がありましたが、会計している客で見えません。 順番がきて注文しようと思ったら、食事のオーダーを止めさせてもらっており、最低でも15時すぎないとその後営業できるかもわからないとのことです。 レジの子は1人での対応でてんてこまいで、看板立てるとかもなく物凄く不親切で無駄な時間を取らされて腹立たしい思いでした。 結果その日は諦めて翌日オープン前に並んで食事にありつけました。 前日のレストラン風雪で食べたホタテも似たりよったりでしたが、猿払でホタテを食べた特別感だけで、それほど満足感はありませんでした。 今回気付いて食事注文時にお土産も一緒に買ったので良かったのですが、食事後に買う場合は待機列の最後に並ばなければならないようで色々不親切というか、お客目線が全く考えられてないようです。 またすぐ近くに車を止めてたので、連れ添いに席を確保してもらってる間に購入した冷凍品を車の冷凍庫に入れることが出来ましたが、食事と一緒に購入した冷凍品は食事後では解けてしまうし、その日は開店前は50人で食事後の30人程の待機列に並ぶようではレジに辿り着く頃には解けてしまうので、店内飲食とレジ分けるとか券売機にするなど対策出来ないのでしょうか。
