Kitchen Labo — Restaurant in Sasebo

Tucked within a neighborhood this restaurant provides wholesome Italian dishes. With the brightly painted building it’s hard not to miss along with its welcoming sign. Inside was very clean and the singular staff/chef was delightful as company as he speaks both English and Japanese and even a little Italian. His experience outside his own culture reflects in his personality and professionalism. Both dishes I ate were made from scratch in front of my eyes and were absolutely delicious!
