The food here is amazing!!! The Phad Thai, Chicken Fried Rice, Green and Red Curry are all Gluten Free. The staff understood what gluten is and what I needed to avoid. They told me what ingredients were used and showed me. I have never had an issue or gotten sick and have gone multiple times since my first time in. They are always so quick and helpful! Take out service just the same. My absolute favorite is the Green Curry and the spiciness is perfect. If you like even spicier Red is for you. I do wish they had a chicken option available for the Phad Thai since it is usually my favorite Thai dish. The Shrimp is great but I don’t always want shrimp. The Spring roll is also really delicious. Yellow Curry is okay but I think the peanuts over power the overall flavor of the dish. Location and food are really good. You can taste that the food was made with love. Lots of attention to detail and presentation on the table was excellent. The view from the restaurant is amazing as you are on top of a hill and you get to see Sasebo City down below. The only thing I was not happy with was when I asked for a small plate so that I can give a sample of my meal to my wife. I was told that they normally don't give out extra plates in a somewhat rude way which seems pretty weird since most husbands and wives share each other's meals so that the other can taste. I try the noodle. It was good but I am from thailand and I ate thai food so for my opinion I think the soup is a bit salty and you get only one piece of pork. But they give you sugar too so you can add more that you want.😄 I think japanese might like it because raman soup always salty a bit. For the price it is good price 1,000 yen. I understand why they sell more expensive than ramen because thai noodle it's rare item in sasebo. And I also order thai tea and it was so good.
