Dining at ORAE is a pleasant surprise!

It’s located right by Lake Tazawa. The view from the high ceiling window is very peaceful and healing. Food is also of a very high standard. The homemade hamburger steak has a solid texture and rich in favor and the udon is silky and tasty. The homemade ginger ale is absolutely delicious. Suzuki-san, the store manager, is professional, well-mannered and very friendly. Music is harmonious with the vibe at just the right volume. Wonderful experience it is.

Very cosy and attentive place to shelter from the cold! They have an amazing selection of wines, beers and most importantly a long list of hot drinks! Shame I couldn't try out everything! We tried their Winter only orange tea (with real oranges slices) and a black sesame soy latte!
