瀬戸にある日本料理『梅村』さん。 もともと喜楽梅むらとして大正5年から続く日本料理屋さん。カウンター8席を独立した造りにして2022年1月から新装オープンされました。 早速伺いましたが、最高です。 お料理は勿論、お酒、使用されている器、雰囲気、しつらえ、どれをとっても最高でした。 お肉は宮座牛フィレ肉の西京味噌焼き。 対馬ののどぐろ　紅瞳。 島根の隠岐松葉蟹。 どれもとても美味しかったです。 名古屋に行かなくても瀬戸でこんなに素敵で美味しいお店があるなんて。 喜楽さんも好きですが、このカウンターは全くの別物です。 来月も楽しみです。
