This place is beyond amazing, and let me break it down for you.

Location: This place is located 12 minutes away from Narita International Airport. You can easily take the J.R. (Blue bus) from any terminal in Narita and stop at the first stop, Shibayamachiyoda Station. You walk down the stairs from the stop, make a left turn, and then up the stairs. You go straight ahead for a five-minute walk, and the establishment should be on your left-hand side. (You know this because you see a huge parking lot and the fitness center building next to the Onsen/capsule hotel.)

When you finish your onsen experience, a bus stop is in front of the establishment to take you back to the airport! HOW CONVENIENT! And it differs from the bus that picks you up from the airport. This one is free.

With the Suica card or cash, it is only 200 yen for the fare.

The Establishment: Upon entering the establishment, you must remove your shoes and deposit them in the shoe locker, and remember to take the locker key; this will be your main key card for any food purchases in their restaurant, vending machine for drinks, or when to buy any knick-knacks.

If you have yet to gain experience with Onsen, that's fine, as the front desk employees will explain them to you. If you don't know how to speak Japanese, that's not a problem either, as they can speak basic English, and if ever needed, they also have a handheld translator for accessible communication. The process of checking in is fast and easy. You need your shower towels, extra clothes, and other toiletries. Their shower room provides everything else, such as shampoo, body wash, and conditioner.

P.S. If you end up carrying your luggage from the airport, this place has a room where you can dispose of it while you enjoy their Onsen.

It has three levels. The second floor comprises capsule hotel rooms, private onsens, and bedrock massage. (If you have tattoos, this can quickly be booked online for personal use as you are not allowed to use the public ones if you have a single tattoo.) The public Onsen is located on the third floor for both men and women.

The women's Onsen: The locker room is available, and they have plenty to choose from. It would be best to stow away your backpack and belongings here, then head to the shower room area. In any Onsen, it is a must that you have to clean yourself first (body and head) before heading to any of the available spas for cleanliness and respect for the establishment. And no phones!

Indoor: -two toilets -standing shower -sitting showers with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash available two relaxing spas indoors -two saunas indoor -one 15C cold bath (I prefer this one to cool off in between pool/baths!

Exterior spas: -free-flow spa -relaxing spa -two pot baths! -laying down spa (where you just lay down and nap) -jacuzzi lay-down spa (this is like the laying down spa except you have jet water around you to enhance your relaxation time)

This was a great experience before leaving Japan and your next flight back home. I enjoyed my time here and can't wait to return whenever I'm back in Japan again—5/5 for convenience, staff helpfulness, cleanliness,...

Title: "A Glimpse into the Future of Luxurious Relaxation: My Unforgettable Experience

Rating: 5 Stars

From the moment I stepped into the spa- I knew I was in for an extraordinary experience.

This isn't just a spa; it's a sanctuary where every detail is meticulously crafted for comfort, luxury, and serenity.

The bath house is nothing short of spectacular, offering a serene signature hot stone escape that tantalizes the senses.

The accommodations are a perfect blend of modernity and comfort. The spacious rooms are impeccably maintained, and the capsules are a marvel of convenience and elegance. The ability to control lighting and plug in multiple devices effortlessly adds a thoughtful touch to the overall experience. Moreover, the provision of plush robes, towels, and an expansive bedside area makes your stay here feel like a warm embrace.

Beyond the rooms, the spa boasts an array of amenities that cater to every whim. From a diverse selection of books and movies to a tranquil nap room, your relaxation is their priority. The body parlor offers indulgent treatments that rejuvenate both body and soul – the body scrub and massage I received were heavenly.

One of the highlights of my stay was the hot springs. Imagine watching the stars and airplanes at night, immersed in the warm embrace of nature – it's a magical experience that words can barely do justice.

The in-house restaurant is a culinary delight, with extended hours that graciously accommodate late arrivals.

The cleanliness of the facility is impeccable, a testament to the staff's dedication to maintaining a pristine environment.

The spa’s 9 AM check-out policy might seem unconventional, but it’s a clever way to ensure that the space remains as immaculate as possible for every guest. Plus, for those staying multiple nights, the brief interlude is a great excuse to explore the local area, luggage-free, thanks to the convenient airport suitcase locker rental and the hotels shuttle service to the airport.

In conclusion, this is more than just a spa; it's a glimpse into what capsule life can offer – unparalleled luxury, thoughtful amenities, and a commitment to guest satisfaction. It's a must-visit destination for anyone seeking a blend of relaxation, convenience, and a touch of the...

Great spa located a short bus ride away from Narita Airport. Hop on the bus at terminal two bus stop 23 and it's ten minutes to the venue. (Check with the bus driver before hopping on as there is more than one bus who stop here.) Upon arriving at the venue head inside to the left and remove your shoes. You will need to lock them in the shoe locker and bring the key to the desk so they can set up your guest pass to use the spa. They have English printed instructions and language converters at the counter so you should have no issue communicating in English. There are two passes: one for three hours or less and one for full day. We had a long layover so we opted full day.

Upon entering you walk up to the floor with the Manga cafe. Books are in Japanese, however wifi is free and they have plugs for charging. There is also a nap room, capsule hotel for overnight guests and rock sauna on this floor. Go up to floor three, you will find the onsen and change rooms. They are separated by gender. Any tattoos, you will unfortunately not be able to use the sauna hence the four star review. First floor also has a restaurant. It was affordable, quick and delicious, drinks included with meal include water and tea (self serve).

If I ever have another layover in Narita, I will be returning here (under $70 cad for two people for 6 hours of...
