2025 4/27日訪れました。 横山展望台を見たあと、ランチで訪れました。 この界隈では評価が良かったので、ここを選びました。 注文したのは、みやま御膳？ここの店の名を冠しているのでさぞかし美味しいだろうと踏んでいました。😎 が然し豈図らんや？ ボクが注文したのが！鯵のフライ（好きなフライを選択できる） 少しがっかり、😮‍💨 まず前菜がショボいです、❶煮物の厚揚げがあるだけ？これって少しでも食欲や見た目を重視してないの？？ボクなら厚揚げの上に甘い赤味噌にすりごまを混ぜて厚揚げに乗せます！その上に山椒の葉を一枚載せます！次に大根のナマス？切り干し大根の煮物？被っとるやん！！ ボクなら切り干し大根やめて、蒟蒻を甘辛く炒めてそれを白和にする。 材料の値段はさほどしないはず！？ みやま御膳というからには！そこの店の代表格のお食事のはず？？ 鯵のフライも骨が二本残っていて舌を刺しそうになった。フライの衣もあげる温度が低かったのか？若干ジュクジュクしてた😩 あと、茶碗蒸しにしめじと何か１つ入っていたけど、銀杏と鶏肉、椎茸入れて欲しかった！？チェーン店のゆず庵でも入っているのに？？😮‍💨 料理の店のプライドが感じられなかった！ 更なる向上心と追求をお願いしたい！
