まぁ全国チェーン店ならこんな感じの評価でしょうか！　味はとても良く評価できますがスタッフ（上司らしき人も含め）質は良くないと感じます。 お客様の目の前で【この客が帰ったらここの補充をして。新たな客が入ってきたらこちらは使わないでカウンターに客は座らせてこっちの補充をしろ】等など接客の質は悪いかな。お客様の目の前で（私しか居ないけど）【客・客】言うな！

正しくは「こちらのお客様がお帰りになった後に補充等はしてください」が適切かと。 まぁそれ以前にお客様の目の前で話す業務連絡じゃぁないと思います。不快でした...

干し原点はドライブスルー🎶🚗💨🎶にての注文のさいでの評価です。 とある平日夕方六時半ごろはいりましたが数台れつ。しかたなく待つもオーダー受けてる素振りもなく一向にすすまない(笑)まえのかたが順番きたがマイクの調子か車のかたが小声なのか注文がなかなかすすまず店員さんが何回も聞き直す始末。因みに自分も聞き直しされたり渡される際も確認されました。マクドナルドみたく注文内容を表示させたり時間かかるなら前に誘導するシステムにしたりとやりかたはあるはずですが結果列にならび出るまでに２０分近くかかたきがします。うー...

よく利用させてもらっています。 注文の仕方は全てタッチパネルです。 店員の40、50代女性の方は対応もよく、余裕がある時間帯に利用すればお茶がなくなった際に、注ぎ足しの伺いをたてにきてくれます。 ただ、会計の際にカウンター対応の方がいない時は、声をかけても厨房の人が無視してくることがよくありますが、少し待ってくださいとの一声は欲しいと思います。 こちらも急ぎでなければ、カウンター対応の方が落ち着くまで待つことにしています。 無視されるこ...
