共立日和 — Restaurant in Shimokawa

The most unassuming, French restaurant ever. In a small wooden cottage in the woods, the owner cooks all the dishes to perfection. I've never had such a delicious course meal as this. 知人に教えられて、いっしょにディナーをした。どうやら、1日一組（8人まで）で2カ月前から予約しないとなかなか席が取れないらしい。

一人3500円（2025年1月現在は、5700円、それでも十分にCP）ということでフルコースがその値段である事に驚く。そして、知人曰く、「これを札幌で食べたら、倍以上の値段するでしょう」という。

最初は、その言葉に半信半疑であったが、百聞は一見に如かず、その内容に驚かされた。

前菜から、スープ、メインが魚と肉、そして、デザートと何が出てくるか、コースメニューを眺めながら、楽しみに食べ進んだ。どれも、手の込んだ逸品が続き、最後まで飽きずに食べ続けることができた。

山の中なので、いくぶん海鮮ものの鮮度に限界があるものの十分にＣＰの高いフレンチだった。

調理から接客まで、一人でやっているので、それなりにのんびりしたペースで食べ進めることになるが、それはそれでとても気持ちのいいゆったりとした時間を過ごすことができた。

ぜひ、次回も「ゆいの森」に宿泊し、ここのコース料理を堪能したい(「ゆいの森」からは徒歩で10分はかからない)...
