I personally like the atmosphere even though its typical rural restaurant. It is pity that they have no sea view. The quality is good. The service is basically self serving (for tea and water) but they take order and serve you dishes. The lady was kind when I asked about the details of the menu. However, the price is bit too expensive. Sashimi teishoku (with fried fish and ARA) is 2,400 JPY. Free of charge for extra rice. If the price is little lower, I will defenitely put full scores.

My mother had the sashimi bowl and my SO & I had the sashimi teishoku. The fish is VERY fresh and so meaty. The portion is huge. The decor isn't fashionable or chic, but who cares? The best sashimi place ever!!!

山口にツーリングに行った際に昼食に11時ごろに立ち寄りました。 営業は10:30〜とのことです。 営業中との看板はありましたが入店するまでやってる感はありません笑 店内はテーブル席と座敷の2種類。 それぞれ4人掛けできます。 オーダーは声をかけてください。呼び鈴などありません。 今回は海鮮丼(2400円)とイカ焼き(1000円)を食べました。 海鮮丼は鯛、タコ、マグロ、はまち、サーモン、海老、穴子が乗っています。 ネタよりも先にご飯が無くなります笑 ネタは新鮮でとても美味しいです。 イカ焼きも1杯丸々でマヨネーズがついていますが、イカだけの味わいで充分美味しかったです。 海鮮丼や刺身定食のほかにも唐揚げ定食などもありますがせっかくですので海鮮をお楽しみください！ 駐車場は店舗前にあります。 支払いは現金のみ。お茶お水(温・冷)セルフです。 角島に行った際は是非お立ち寄りください。

お昼も1時をまわった頃に訪問。すでにお店入り口には5組ほどの先客が待たれてました。 かれこれ30分くらい待ってようやく呼ばれました。 待ってる間はお店付近をたむろしている可愛らしい猫ちゃんとの触れ合いでなんとか空腹と待ち時間をしのげました。 肝心のお料理ですが美味しかったですね。自身はブリカマの塩焼き定食1,600円を注文、お刺し身とあら焚きも付いてかなりのボリュームがありました。お魚の鮮度もいいのでしょうね、お刺し身はプリプリしてました♪時間的にも売り切れメニューがいくらかありました。海鮮丼を狙っていたのですが売り切れており、仕方なく残っているメニューから吟味して注文したブリカマ塩焼き定食が想像の上を行く満足度だったので、これはこれでご満悦♪ 人気店のようですが、待ち時間は猫ちゃんと触れ合って癒やされるといいでしょう♪

2度目の来店ですがやはり毎回魚の鮮度が。。。 個人的には、すごく微妙。。。 鯛とか、柔らかすぎて歯応えがない！ 海の近くやしピチピチのコリコリを求めてるけど自分的には、イマイチだなと思います。 その日に仕入れたものなのか電話で確認したけど答えてもらえなくて漁師さんから仕入れてるとは言われてたが、捌きたてならあんな感じにならないです！ただ刺身の1切れのサイズは、とっても大きいので食べ応えはあるし、トロやサーモンは美味しいです。ヒラマサかブリなのかな、そのあたりと鯛は、微妙でした。 ちなみにこれは2500円！
