The short: Decent food, but DON'T use the drive-thru.

The long: I was thrilled in 2011 when Shinshiro got a second 24-hour food establishment. It's relatively healthy compared to McD's and the menu is pretty easy to figure out, even for those who stumble over the language. Dine-in is recommended as the drive-thru is horridly slow. It was slow years ago and it was slow last night (Nov. 2016) when I thought I'd give it another shot. It took me 30 minutes from time of arrival to having the food in my hand. That's 1 minute times 30. It was a Sunday night at peak dinner time, though. I was the 4th car in line.

月３回ほど、用事で近くに来た時に利用しています。 最近気になったことが２回続けてありましたので投稿しました。 ３月２２日に相棒と2人牛たまかけ朝食を注文いたしました。 自分と相棒のものもコップや小鉢などの口に　５ｍｍ前後の紙のようなものが　複数こびりついていました。 乾いていて指で削り取らないと取れない程にこびりついていました。　見た目汚らしく感じました。 洗浄不足かな?　とも思いましたが、いずれも、口の部分に付着していたので、洗浄後にキッチンペーパーなどに伏せておいてついたのかな?...

頼んだ商品が違うのは許せるが、毎回間違われるとほんとにむかつく 何度も次こそはと思って行くが外人さんがほんとに許せない。 こんな感情初めてです。 大好きだったねぎとろ牛丼もこのすき家のせいで食べれなくなりました。 ねぎとろの下にお手漉きの紙ナプキン引くのはほんとに終わってる。 水分吸って全部くっついて終わってるし二個注文して一個だけものすごく色が悪くて臭くて食べれたもんではなかった。 商品が違うも電話しても営業時間外ですっていう電話もどうにかしたほうが...
