A top notch dining experience for a reasonable price! Almost all the ingredients are locally sourced, and the vegetables were absolutely delicious — they were the highlight of the meal! But the beef we had was also to die for. It was the juiciest beef I’ve ever had and so well seasoned.

The couple that owns the restaurant is also incredibly nice and welcoming! And although they speak limited English, the wife made an effort to communicate with me and ask about my trip. We had a long drive from Lake Akan to Kitahiroshima and found this restaurant during our research before the trip, which provided a perfect break for lunch. I don’t want to sound cliché, but this truly is a hidden gem worth a slight detour. The vegetables in the salad are not only fresh, but you can also tell that many of the ingredients are individually prepared before being tossed. The meal strikes a perfect balance between Hokkaido vegetables and meat, with seasoning that is just right.

2025.7.16友達とずいぶん前から予約してようやく行く事が出来ました。 畑道を車で走り、こんな所に店があるんだろうか？とGoogleマップを頼りに向かいました。 店の敷地に入る手前の白樺の林に入った所で別世界に入り込んだ気になります。

あいにくの雨模様だったのですが、晴れている日だとあちこち写真を撮りまくりたい雰囲気の場所です。

ただ、駐車場に着いて車から降りようとした所大きな蜂がブンブン車に体当たりして来ます😱 なかなか車から出られずにいました。 思い切って外に出て、足早に店に向かい事なきを得ました💦

店主からはアブだねと言われました。 うーん それでも怖かった😭

店から外を見ると今まであんなにたくさんいたアブ？が全く飛んでませんでした。 人間を警戒していたんだなと思います。 時期にも寄ると思いますが、覚悟が必要だと思いました。

肝心のお料理は全てが素晴らしい✨ 盛り付け、彩り、味付け。見ても美味しい食べても美味しいと楽しませてくれます。 １つ１つ丁寧にお料理の説明をして頂きました。ただ、覚えきれずお品書きがあると嬉しいなと思いました。 友達との話しに花が咲いてかなりゆっくり目に頂きました。
