Ramen Rocky Karikachi — Restaurant in Shintoku

Very nice surprise- finding this via google maps. Very friendly staff, whilst we could not speak not read Japanese, they obliged with patience to explain to us, even with gestures. Then they brought out an English Translated paper, of their menu. The prawn flavored miso base was excellent- with 3 small piece of dry-fried shrimp, when the bow arrived you could smell the prawn flavoring!! It was yummy! And add some raw grinded garlic sauce- the wow factor goes up a few notches still!! The other was the regular miso based noodle- not bad but the prawn miso ramen was...

２０２２年１２月中旬の休日に家族四人でランチで伺いました。

旭川から帯広方面へよくドライブで行くのですが、ここは周囲に何もない国道沿いにポツンと建っているラーメン屋さんで、「こんな人里離れた場所にあるラーメン屋で果たして客は来るの？」と思っていて、ずっと気になっていました。

この日は上士幌町に家族旅行で行った帰りにお昼時に立ち寄りましたが、少し早めの入店でしたが、驚いたことに私達の入店直後に、後から後から車がお店の駐車場に入ってきて、広めの店内のテーブル席はあっという間に埋まってました。

私はコーンバターラーメン（味噌味）にチャーシュートッピングでミニ豚丼セットを注文。妻は味噌󠄀ラーメンと餃子。７歳と５歳の子供達はミニラーメンを注文。

小さな子供のための絵本が並ぶ棚があって、そこには子供用の取り皿や食器もあるので子供連れにはとてもありがたいです。

料理は全て１０分以内に運ばれてきました。
