★１or０(ゼロ)にしたいところだが、料理は美味しかったので★２。 オムライス＆パスタの店舗。 注文と違うものが提供された。 間違える事は誰でもある。 問題なのは、その後の対応。

原因はオーダーを承けたスタッフの入力ミスだった。 最初に注文した時は、混雑もしていないし(ちょうど他に誰も並んでいなかった)、注文内容の確認もしたのに、何故か間違っていた。

注文を間違えた本人は、すぐ近くにいるのに、他のスタッフと楽しそうに私語雑談。 商品渡しカウンターで『(間違えて)すみません』と謝って、料理作り直してくれた調理スタッフに声をかける様子もない。

それと、作り直しを待っている間に他の注文も数件入り、正しい商品が提供されたのは(最初のオーダーから)25分後だった。 間違えずに提供された私の料理(※添付写真参照)は食べ終わり、なお待った。
