My husband and I came from Tokyo to spend the weekend here in Wakayama. We found this restaurant by chance and we checked the reviews, liked what we read and decided to give it a go. This establishment is run by a family, parents and kids doing their part, but no lack in professionalism as they all had uniforms on. The chef was so skilled in his cooking and dishes were so nice. They went above and beyond to make sure I had the best dining and cultural experience. Chef was explaining to me which part of the beef I am eating and where they came from. Highly recommended. This place deserves more than just 5 stars! The chef was professional yet thoughtful to explain each dish with patience (and through google translator). it was certainly an eye-opening (and mouth watering) experience! My tummy is very very pleased and happy!
