If you are from southeast asia, be aware this is A3 to A4 Shiraoi Wagyu, and really is 2 tiers below the export A5 Wagyu while it cost more than the price at home. They don't let you know which grade you get, but we probably had an A3 grade Wagyu because it is not as good as what I had at home (A4 & A5). The ratings A3 to A5 really do make sense to me now, and I am sticking to A5 from now . _
