Milkhall Maika — Restaurant in Shiwa

Maika is a cute little cafe with a wide variety of different ice cream arrangements, as well as Kenya tea and coffee that they order special blends to complement their ice cream. There's only one blend available at a time but apparently the blend differs depending on the season. Along the wall they have little trinkets for sale and it's fun to look through what they have.

The hours are usually Monday thru Saturday 11am to 4pm, but in the summer they extend their hours until around 5pm. Also the owner will sometimes set up a event stand at local events, in that case she will close the shop and she may also take a day off during the week in exchange for working on a Sunday so you'll have to check the schedule posted outside the front door to know the exact dates...

日詰商店街にある小さな喫茶店です。店内では紅茶、コーヒーなどをいただくことができます。特別凝ったものをだしているわけではありませんが、お茶を気軽に楽しむことのできるお店です。

ソフトクリームが売りの１つとなっています。商店街側の出窓からも買うことができ、カップかコーンかを選択可能。濃厚なミルクの味を楽しむことのできる濃厚ソフトがおすすめですが、気分を変えるなら黒蜜きなこも良いと思います。

店内にはカエルの置物が多数あります。また、小物の委託販売コーナーもありました。店の商品としてはティーパックなどを販売しているようです。

支払いは現金のみになります。車椅子での入店は難しいと思います。駐車場はありませんが、すぐ近くの日詰商店街駐車場は無料で利用することができますのでそちら...

カフェです。 日詰商店街の町中にお店があります 専用の駐車場はありませんが、商店街の数か所に無料の駐車場があります。

店内はカウンターが5席です。 カエルの小物が店中に飾ってあって可愛かったです。ドリンクメニューとソフトクリームのメニューがありました。「黒みつきな粉ソフト」と「珈琲」のアイスを注文しました。

コーヒーは苦めで豆の味が感じられる感じでした。ソフトは濃厚で美味しかったです。黒蜜ときな粉がかかっていることで甘さが強かったです。個人的には好みでした。苦めのコーヒーと相性はよかったです。

「大人のソフトクリーム」というお酒をかけて提供されるソフトクリームもあるようで、魅力的に感じました！運転じゃないときに食べてみたいです。
