小豆島へ家族で旅行に来ました。 子供がイタリアンを食べたくてGoogleで探したら出ていたので直前の予約で電話しました。見事に💯なお店でした。 前菜キッシュやホウボウのカルパッチョ、おそらく島で採れたオリーブオイルがめちゃくちゃ美味しかったです。 またパンもハードでめちゃくちゃ好みの味でした。店主に聞いたら熊本県産の「ミナミノカオリ」を使用しているこだわりっぷり！！ メインディッシュでパスタも出ましたが具材たっぷりのボロネーゼ。 これまた💯でした！！！！ これでパスタセットのランチが1,200円で子供のほうが1,000円ってありえないです。東京だったら2,500円はとると思うし、こんな新鮮な食材でロケーションばっちりな見晴らし、本当にいい思い出になりました。 「大変おいしゅうございます岸朝子です！！！！！！！！！！！」 と嫁に思わず言ってしまいました。 また小豆島に来たら必ず行きます。

坐车下错站到了海水浴场，在近乎绝望脱水的时候遇到了这家店，今天在营业真的是太感谢了！！食物简直是出乎意料的好吃，我们真的只是想随便买点东西坐坐，但是随便点的一个1200的set,无论是前菜还是意面都让人惊喜，特别是意面的选择的oyster sauce,里面的鱼实在是太好吃了！而且店主很体贴，因为我们是两个人，所以尽管只点了一份，前菜每一样都给了双人份，南瓜，蛋饼和菌菇都非常美味。尽管觉得店主很害羞，但是还是努力和我们聊天了。家里的猫咪こはくちゃん非常的可爱☺最感动的是，知道bus时间很晚后，店主开车把我们送到了附近的港口。真的不知道如何表达自己的感激，渡辺さん、ありがとう😊！また今度ね！

天使が散歩する島の天然酵母パンとイタリアン

お願いしたのはランチミニコース。

✓前菜盛り合わせ ✓天然酵母パン ✓本日のパスタ(自家製パンチェッタ) ✓地魚のメイン料理(カンパチのソテー) ✓ソフトドリンク(自家製ミントシロップソーダ)

食前にカンパリソーダ、食後に無花果のタルトをいただきまして。

前菜から丁寧な拵えが伝わる味わい。少しずつたくさん味わえるのありがたい！

天然酵母パンはやっぱり美味かった…この日は販売されてなかったけど、販売されてる日もあって買って帰れるので見つけた時はマストバイ！

小豆島産の豚肉を使ったパンチェッタは肉の甘みをほのかに感じつつトマトソースの酸味と削りたてのチーズの交わり具合が絶妙でするするっと食べてしまった…大盛りにして欲しいくらい美味い！！

カンパチのソテーはマヨネーズとバルサミコで。ホックホクで肉厚な身とソースのコクが白身のアッサリさを華麗にカバーしてて美味しかったなぁ…野菜もしっかり食べれて◎

食後のミントシロップのソーダと無花果のタルトの組み合わせ大正解。この日初めて粗製糖って言葉を聞いたな。複雑な甘味で個人的にかなりツボ。扱いづらいらしいけど、食べる人のことをめちゃくちゃ考えた素敵な料理ばかりだった。

KAINAさん最高マジでオススメ！小豆島のランチ、またはディナー、カフェタイム限定メニューもあるので、その日の気分や時間帯で満足できる事間違いなし！
