本日は、小田原城カントリークラブにてゴルフのあと、 明日のゴルフに備えて、御殿場の時之栖に泊まりました。 この辺りで美味しそうなお寿司屋さんは… 何か確固たる根拠があったわけではありませんが、時之栖から車で10分弱で着く『御鮨処ほうらい』さんに入ってみました。カウンター８席に小上がりの席が少しあるお店です。 『鮨処』という店名はよく目にしますが、『御鮨処（おんすしどころ）』というのは初めて見ました。(^^)。 大将に聞くと、若いときにお世話になった日本橋の寿司屋さんと同じ言い方だそうです。 日本酒は、辛口の菊水。スッキリしていて飲みやすいです。 お通しは、タコのマリネ風、味付けクラゲ、しったかです。しったかは、かなりの大きさでした。残念ながら、最後まできれいに取れませんでした。^^; 仕入れは沼津の市場から行なっているようです。意外と海が近いのですね。 マグロや赤貝、白身も美味しくいただきました。 最初の握りは、芽ネギ。シャキシャキ感がいいですね。アジは身が厚く、美味しかったです。 漬物は、新タマたまり醤油漬け、水ナス、島らっきょう、はつか大根です。旬が感じられ、グッドです。 お会計も懐に優しく、素敵なお寿司屋さん、またまた発見です。(^-^)v

営業時間は11:30～14:00、17:00～21:00みたいです。 特上寿司(2500円)をいただきましたが、マグロ、トロ、赤貝、○○貝(何て言う貝か聞きそびれました)、うに、いくら、エビ、玉子焼き、何かの芽、穴子と、味もさることながらかなりコストパフォーマンスが高く大満足でした！ 旬な握りも出してくださり、大将のお人柄も良...
