McDonald's — Restaurant in Takamatsu

Rude staff. I don’t even want to give even one star! We were just asking if it’s possible to separate paper bags because friend and I had to go home separately…. So we asked. In a good way, with “onegai shimasu” The staff rolled her eyes and said, the next time, if you want separate bag, separate your order. I was shocked! What an attitude. Not to mention, she said that in front of other customers. we always go there and eat.specially the sweets and macaroons which you can’t find in other McDonald’s. It was just a first time we asked that. To the staff with the bad bad attitude. It’s your job to attend the customers needs. Or if you really think that it was a troublesome for you. You should just said “no it’s not possible” ...

The food is as usual and the layout of the restaurant is fine but the staff are insanely slow. They totally prioritize drive-through orders over customers inside the store. It took me almost 10 minutes standing alone before someone even took my order and then despite it only being one item I had to wait another 8 minutes before someone finally noticed I hadn't been served yet. I didn't get any apology either. This is supposed to be "fast food" but waiting almost 20 minutes is hardly fast. On top of that McDonalds prices are DISGUSTINGLY expensive nowadays. Since covid they've risen exponentially. Not worth it at all. Go to a real restaurant or...

いつもレジはおろそかなマクドナルド、、、 でもそれは全国ほとんどのレジがそういう感じなのでマニュアルなんやろなーって思います。

店内の清掃はいまいちかな、、と思ったけど

今回お邪魔した際のレジのスタッフさんの笑顔はすごくよかった　話しやすい雰囲気で物腰もやわらかかった！！ それと別に、食べていた時にゲリラ豪雨のように滝のような雨が降っていて 傘が自転車置き場（屋根無しの広場）の自転車に置いていて困っていた女性がいた。 その時にスタッフさんが傘さして一緒に取りに行きましょ？とその女性に傘さしてあげて傘を取りに行っていたのをみて感動した。 しかも当たり前かもしれないけど女性に傘の面積をほとんど使っていたためスタッフさんはずぶ濡れ　その姿勢も素敵やなと そのスタッフさんはそのあと自分の車から着替えを持って帰ってきてパリッとした服装で何事もなかったかのように仕事していた。 ショートカットの女性スタッフさん 本当に素敵でした。　こんなスタッフさんごいるなら近い店舗あるけど　こっちのお店に来...
