お食事処 旨乃蔵 — Restaurant in Takamori

Coming from the famous shrine, another well-known Akaushi Don restaurant has a waiting line for 3+ hours (it was public holiday sunday).

So we came to this restaurant as an alternative, a fortunate choice - the food was great: Aka Beef is less fatty comparing to regular Wagu, so they have to keep it medium rare which requires good timing and skill. The taste is little bland from expectations, which is actually a good thing - just adjust according to your own taste.

The restaurant was full when we arrived, the atmosphere was warm and cozy. With various decorations and a small rack of souvenirs and sweets, and the Cat-themed tourism station (Stamps and Selfies with Cat ears), the space is rustic and very interesting.

Staff cleaned and disinfect tables at every turn with passion just like how attentive they were at service.

Great choice for a roadside restaurant on a well-travelled strip onwards to Miyazaki or just Takamori area. They offered horse ride at the barn on the side, but we didn't try. (the horses would be...

We couldn't get to Mt. Aso, so we simply look for simple restaurant nearby the town. Surprisingly we saw this place and hubby was able to try his first time fresh horse meat. I ordered steak set, the 12 ounces steak came along with rice. Taste and prices were great. Wishing to be there in the evening...

待たずに入れたけど、既にいるお客さん、全てのテーブルに食事がまだ出ていなかったので、『時間がかかりそう』なのを覚悟する

店内はどこを見渡してもお掃除がなされているようには全く見受けられない

窓の外には馬小屋があって、お馬さんが見れます。が、湿気？店内の香り？のせいで、馬小屋に自分もいるような気持ちになる

カントリーのBGMと合間ってさっきまでの食欲が、なんとなく落ち着いてゆく、、

予想通り相当待って、相方の高菜チャーハンセットが先に到着

私の丼はその後さらに待ちようやく到着

ビジュアルはまずまず 一口食すも、ドン引きの不味さ

レアなのかなんなのか全体的にぬるい温度で、ご飯はべちょり、キャベツもべちょり、肝心のお肉は固くていつまでも噛み続け無ければいけない。噛めば噛むほど肉の美味しくない味が出てくる。かかっている味付けも美味しくないし、薄すぎる。セットのお味噌汁も薄いし、具がクズ野菜？

そして相方が筋煮込みに付けたいと言って 「からしをください」と店員さんに頼むも、 「からしはないみたいです」と返される

代わりに卓上の曇りガラスの入れ物の一味らしき物をかけようと手に取ると、、ネッチョリ。他の薬味も薬味受けも相当汚くてドン引き、、、

私はお肉2切れが限界。 普段は残り物も全部食べる相方が同伴していたにも関わらず、丼は半分以上残す

すき家の牛丼が恋しい、、、

この類稀な体験に5,000円ほどお支払い

こんなに酷いレストランは生まれて初めてで どうしても口コミを書かずにはいられなかった
