Dough was crispy and chewy at the same time. Smokey aroma went well with the contrast from the basil. The slightly salty bacon and dough had a good contrast with the sweet corn. Cheese was fragrant thou not half burnt so that it's crispy you know... But I think if it is roasted till like that, dough might be dry. Had a nice chat with the chef. Thou his English and my Japanese were both limited we had a nice chat. On my way out it started raining heavily. Seeing that I did not have a poncho, he gave me a spare.
