10 second walk from Hida Kunifu Station. The only local diner near the station. You can enjoy ramen, Japanese curry, and katsudon (pork cutlet served on top of a bowl of rice) with the taste of the common people. 国府で仕事の帰り、ここでの高評価が気になり訪問してみました。注文したのは煮カツ。これを定食にしてもらいました。ごはんに具沢山のみそ汁と、モロッコインゲンの煮物に沢庵のセット。煮カツはつゆに少しのタマネギとたまごでとじてありました。丼つゆと小鉢がいい塩梅だったのでご飯が足りなくなってしまいました。 因みに沢庵は二切れが良いでしょう。三切れだと「身切れ」4切れだと「世切れ」となり、縁起が良くありません…。 「昭和の田舎の駅前にある食堂」という言葉がピッタリと当てはまる店。このような形態の店は少なくなってきているので、是非末永く営業...
