12:00の予約。たまたま、お客さんは私たち1組だけでしたので、料理の説明やら、ニンニク談義も聞くことが出来ました。1年毎に右側の9品が変わり、10年で、全ての料理をリニューアルする予定との事でした(^^)来年が10が総入れ替えの10年目という事で、飽きさせない努力をされていました。2Lサイズ1個分のニンニク画使われているそうです🧄ぜひ、また食べたい...
