This is a very special place! One of our most unique lunch experiences throughout our 4 weeks trip in Japan. All dishes are made out of Yellowtail Amberjack, which is shiped from here to many fine gourmet restaurants all over Japan (maybe even world?). We had this fish from the Kagoshima area already at the Burisho in Kyoto (see my reviews!).
Take a full menu, and you will have a great experience. We have asked for support to order, as the ordering machine is not self-explanatory (unless you can read Japanese). A local place with amazing food and an authentic atmosphere. It truly deserves all the...

You can get free tea or water using one of the self-service machines. Then wait for your meal and enjoy! Don't worry about the fish head with the meal set, they slow cook it so that even the bones are edible and in fact, it's actually the best item on the set, goes very well with rice, highly recommended. Limited English but plenty of parking,...
