言わずと知れた千葉で(主に内房中心に)展開するご当地寿司チェーン店の新規店。

館山に新たにオープンした旗艦店ということもあり、店内は出来立てほやほやの新築で奇麗。

大手寿司チェーンよりは高いが、名のある高級寿司店よりは安い中間点で勝負するスタイルは「金沢まいもん寿司」同様でプチ贅沢にはうってつけ。

休日はほぼ満席となり、予約なしでは1時間以上は待たされるので公式サイトからの予約推奨。

握りは寿司職人が客の目の前で握りたてを提供してくれ、当然ながら鮮度も味も抜群で、流石は魚問屋直営の寿司屋といったところ。

寿司のサイズもスシロー等と比べると単価が高い分一回り以上大き目で、館山名物「房州寿司」を思わせる大きさで、握り5巻でもかなりお腹に貯まる程。

メニューは「やまと五巻」のセット他、炙りや光ものとどれも多彩で美味い。

個人的にはおススメされた「しまあじ」もお気に入り。

彩りも色鮮やかで見るからに食欲をそそると同時に、とても見た目の美しさも楽しめるのは大きな魅力。

ランチでも3,000円を超えてしまいがちですが、それに見合う充実感は感じると思います。
