Quite a unique food experience, cooked by the Ama’s who actually do the diving. But not in winter they don’t dive. Freshly cooked seafood. Going to their website to book your meal timing, one can express what is preferred or any allergies to certain types of seafood. We chose the lobster option- very good- only 3500 yen extra per piece, I think! Some of the Shellfish were odd, not used to it. Great to do at least once. Supporting the ama ladies. I am sure this is much safer and pays better than diving. Booked through the tourist info or the ama museum.
