セルフレジで６ピース食べくらべ？セットを選択して精算が終わった後、オリジナルチキンが11分ほどかかると言われたので、待ちたくなかったのでお金を払うから期間限定のチキンに変更できるか頼んだら、返金してからまた新たに精算すると言われ、その手続きが直ぐに終わると思ったから承諾したけど、店員の手続きに時間かかって結局オリジナルチキンが後5分くらいで揚がるところまで待たされた挙げ句、後から来た４組くらいの客の後回しにされて、待ちたくなかったから余分に460円払ったのにとクレーム言ったら、「すみません、いま優先でお出しします。」と言われたので目の前で待っていたにもかかわらず、挙げ句の果てにレシートの番号見せろと何度も言われて、いまさっき対応したばかりなのにまたレシート番号みせろって、もうちょっと機転を回す行動と言動をとってほしいです。結局460円多く払った意味がなかった事にとにかくハラが立ちました。こちらのKFCは接客の対応のトレーニングした方...

カインズホームのフードコート内にあるので、車で出かけた帰りにケンタッキーを買いたいときに便利です。ケンタッキーは店舗によって味の差異がほとんどないため定番の味が楽しめます。

年に何度か無性にオリジナルチキンのあの味が食べたくなることがあります。オリジナルチキンばかりだととさすがに飽きますが、レッドホットチキンや食べ比べセットを数量限定でやっているのを見るとまた食べたくなります。

メタボ対策のためにサラダをつけたいのですが、コーンとコールスローしかないのが残念です。シンプルなサラダがあるといいのだけれど。
