Such a great little spot! The trailer-style setup is really unique, and the terrace seating makes it a super chill place to eat.

食事 料理が全部最高［今回は野菜そば、にんじんスープ、7タコ(タコライスのライスペーパー巻き)を注文しました］。そばの量の増加や、肉の追加トッピングも出来るそうなので、次回来た時は三枚肉そばに追い三枚肉やってみようと思います。(どんだけ増やすば笑笑)←すいません、独り言です💦

サービス 丁寧さと笑顔がとても良かった。まず丁寧さとして、お手洗いの場所や水のセルフサービスの案内など、細かい事まで丁寧に教えてくれたこと。また、沖縄に初導入の食券機(タッチパネル式)だったから、店員さんが丁寧に使い方を教えてくれた。 次に笑顔として、色んなお客さんが何か尋ねた時に「笑顔」で応え、食べ終わって帰る時もわざわざ外へ出て来てくれて「笑顔」でお見送りしてくれた。サービスや教育がしっかりしてて良いなと感じました。(食べながらでも伝わるくらい、気持ちの良い接客でした)

雰囲気 外からの雰囲気は、一般的な定食屋とか昔ながらのそば屋とかではなく、「カフェテラス」みたいな感じだった。また、「普通」ではなく「面白い発想が詰まった」お店だとも感じた。トレーラーをお店の土台に使ってたり、真っ二つに切断されたホルクスワーゲンでご飯食べれたりもするらしい。 店内の雰囲気は、洋楽が流れていたり、車の形をしたネオンとかもあってオシャレだった。 まとめると、「今どきかつ唯一無二」なお店です。
