The croissants were so delicious! We got the Earl grey and chestnut one and they were so soft, yet crispy. I love the taste of the Earl grey and chestnut. The shiopans were also delicious and the focaccia was the soft and chewy. We loved it so much we went back to get more plain croissants! Highly recommended to visit the bakery if you're in tottori. :) we were able to reserve shiopans in the morning and collect them in the afternoon.

LinePlaceより転載（2022.01.15投稿） 2021年7月にオープンしたパン屋さん 様々なパン🍞に岸田牧場の牛乳を使用しており、バターのとてもよい香りがします。 可愛らしい外観と清潔感のある店内。 店員も人柄よく丁寧な接客でした。 駐車場が隣の住宅と隣り合わせでわかりにくいので注意⚠️ 前の駐車場のみお店の駐車場です。 味⭐4.5 値段⭐4 雰囲気⭐4.5 合計⭐4.3=4 有機粒あんパン151円:4.0 パンは、もちもちした食感で重量感があります。 薫りもよく冷めていてもバターの焼けた芳ばしい香りとほろ苦い味か餡の甘さを引き立てます ミルクフランス200円:4.5 バターの風味がとても強くてミルクの甘さとの相乗効果○ 冷やして食べても絶対美味しい パンはフランスといってますが、固すぎず丁度いいふんわりしたでもしっかりしているパンです。 ピスタチオとルビーチョコのリュズティックショコラ 270円:4.5 凄まじい芳ばしさ、冷めているのにカリカリしていて、ハードパンみたいなのに固すぎない。 ドライフルーツが、ふんだんに使われています。ピスタチオも大きい。 しっとりとした中身、始めはチョコのガツンと苦味がきますが、ドライフルーツの甘味で見事に中和されます。 大きいので、スライスして紅茶と一緒に食べても良いかも。

鳥取って確か食パンとコーヒーの消費量が全国でかなり上位だったような。だけど美味しいパン屋というより、安い惣菜パンが多い印象があった。 鳥取の友人のおすすめでこのパン屋に訪問。 こじんまりとして良い雰囲気だね。 価格は鳥取ではやや高め、都心では激安。 ブリオッシュやクロワッサンなど、まず生地が美味しい。惣菜パンの創作もチーズの硬さ拘っていたり、柚胡椒を使ったりとなかなか良い感じ。 食パンも美味しかった。 東京の超繁盛店と比べると家庭的な味の惣菜パンが多少あるなという印象はあるが、総じて鳥取では一番印象に残ったパン屋でした。 鳥取の朝食はここのパンで当分決定しそうです。 ぜひ一読イ価値のあるお店だと思います。 ご馳走さまでした。

鳥取市の美味しいパン屋さんはここ、と聞き来訪。 道路に面したお店で、店舗前に駐車場があります。 来店は午前11時頃。 かなり早いペースでパンが売りきれていくと聞いていたので、お昼前に買いに行きました。 私の行ったタイミングでは、惣菜系のパンが焼き上がって間もないような状態。 いくつか買って食べ比べてみましたが、「ここのパンは生地が美味しいなぁ」という印象を強く受けました。 なんというか、フワフワしながらもガシガシとした噛み応えがある不思議な感覚です。(全粒粉が入っている??) 惣菜パンの、生地と具のバランスも良く、合わせ方も上手だなぁと思って食べました。

今回は買わなかったのですが、友人曰く、「ハード系のパンが旨い」とのこと。 フランスパンなどは生地の特徴や味がもろに出るので、「やっぱりここの生地は美味しいんだな」と納得がいきました。
