Un endroit où s’arrêter lors d’une excursion au lac Toya, aprés le magnifique spectacle de la nature, il est aussi agréable de pouvoir manger un bon plat de soba , faits maison , dans un cadre idyllique. Accueil agréable, prix raisonnables. Je recommande

サイロ展望台レストランが休みだったので、隣の建物のこちらを発見して入りました。地元産の無農薬のそば粉を使ってるそうです。こだわりを感じる！ワンオペなのでお待たせするかもしれないとのこと。せいろ700円頂きました。入るタイミング的に少し待ちましたが、美味しかったです！ この一帯であまりお店がないそうなので、この店がなかったらランチ難民になるところでした。

こだわりを感じる店主。江戸前で修行されたようです。なんだろうな、観光客が多い場所なのでもうちょっと工夫あると良いのかなと思った。 メニューは蕎麦のみ。花巻美味しかったです。
