Fujiyoshi — Restaurant in Tsubata

We were on vacation and our friend brought us to her favorite local Sushi restaurant. Definitely not a tourist location as its not near the tourist area. I can see why it's her favorite. The service was very friendly and happy that she had brought friends from another country to eat at their restaurant. Our friend ordered for us while we visited. The chef prepared the most delicious sushi and sides. It was a very beautiful presentation as well. The chef also was able to answer all of our questions, and used a poster on the wall to show us which piece came from which fish if we didn't know. The price was very reasonable as well. In the States the same would have cost $30 usd, more. I hope if we ever go back to Japan to visit we are able to eat here again. お寿司に小鉢やサラダ、汁物やフルーツ、揚げ物まで付いてきてとってもお得🉐 毎回どれからいただこうかな〜とワクワクしながら食べてます🥰 ネタが新鮮で美味しいのは当たり前なのですが、 シャリが本当に口に入れると解けるような食感でネタととてもマッチしてるんです✨ さすが職人技だと感じます✨

今回はカウンター利用でしたが、カウンターの後ろに座敷が2テーブル、入口から右手に個室が2つあり、そちらは座敷なのですがテーブルとイスがある席になります。 落ち着いて食べたい時などは、個室の方を選ぶのが🙆‍♀️
