TSUNO WINE & BAKERY — Restaurant in Tsuno

Not everyone would travel to a vineyard, if you put in a 'home-made' bakery and coffee, and ice cream... plus an elevated patio overlooking the rolling hills and views of the town by a long coastline.. the place will be busy.

There is wine-tasting available on site, of their fruity wines. Campbell-Early grapes are more popular in Korea and Japan, the fruity rose wine is best for aperitif. After tasting I finally realized the many glasses I had with Kaiseki dinners at Onsen Ryokans were of this variety.

You can order a glass of wine and some breads to fully appreciate the view and the atmosphere they have so attentively created at the vineyard.

What they can do better is more coverage of the history - the struggle the original owner had to go through, planting trees on rice growing farmlands, committing to crossing grape varieties to find their own unique breed. Anyone can just discount casually on this light fruity juice-like wine, the work and effort and 'the belief' they have put in is just partially reflected by the well-deigned & maintained shop and the bakery which should be appreciated if not laureled.

2025/8訪問。 都農ワイナリー内のパン屋さんです。超人気で遅くなるとパンの種類が少なくなると聞いていたので、土曜日の10時半頃に伺いました。 入った瞬間、「大人が喜ぶパン屋さん」という印象で、実際ファミリー層というよりは大人同士のグループが多く落ち着いた雰囲気です。内装がオシャレで景観がとてもよくて、同じ店内でワインやブドウを購入することもできるのは、他のパン屋さんにない魅力だと思います。 素晴らしい景色を眺めながら店内で食べることができます。今回はテイクアウトして自宅で食べました。 パンの種類が多数あって本当に迷ったのですが、計6種類購入しました。お店の雰囲気もオシャレで落ち着いた雰囲気でしたが、パンも同じように大人向けのこだわりの味で美味しかったです。使用しているチョコレートは少しビターで口どけも良いし、オリーブオイルや小麦の香り、パイ生地の食感など、どのパンも一口一口味わいながら楽しませてもらいました。 諸々考えるとお手頃価格だと感...
