Best green tea shop. I'm an avid green tea drinker and tried several German and international vendors. Hibiki-an is the clear Number 1. Most important thing the tea quality is great and the prices range from cheap to crazy, just like in a good wine store. Even the lower grades have nicely formed leaves, showing a high level of craftsmansip. Now what makes them special is the love for their products. I have never received so thoughtfully packed tea shipment. Here a postcard, there some instructions, here some Wagashi paper and sometimes an additional gift item. They also sell great accessoires such as teapots and tableware. Many items are artisanal, hand-crafted and quite expensive. I bought some tea cups four years ago, use them daily and they have survived even some droppings to the floor... So all in all, clear recommendation for any...
