Stumbled upon this place. Thought it could be a trap so my expectations were low. Well, that's not entirely true, most things are good in Japan, so let's just say I was prepared for it to be mediocre. The vinison salad was perfectly balanced.
The medium-rare meat, the acidity from the fruit, the contrast in textures, the mustard seeds, all great.
The fresh home cooked bread and the spread (peach 🍑 jam is a thing!) was lovely.
The pizza was simple but good. The tomato base had a sweetness that reminded me of Bread Tomate, which is maybe a Spanish take on pizza and it was heavy on herbs, which fits with my preference for sweet forward, herb heavy pizza.
I rated the service 4/5, not because it was bad, just because the place gets full over lunch and they (understandably) struggle with a full house with only a few staff.

人気のお店なので予約した方が良さそうです。 11時開店で11時の予約をして伺いました。 20分前に着いたので 車を駐車してから周りを散策。 大きな藁葺き屋根の建物などが近くにありそれを見るだけでも来た甲斐があります。 時間になって店内へ。わぁ！素敵！と思わず言葉に出してしまうくらい素敵な店内です。 私たちの予約席は外です。 ここもまた素敵！季節的にもちょうど良く、とても気持ちが良かったです。 コースもありましたが 今回は単品で ハムの盛り合わせとスモークベーコンのサラダ、ソーセージの盛り合わせ、そしてお目当てのパエリアを頼みました。 ハムの盛り合わせにはパンとドリンクが付いてきます。ドリンクはコーヒーを頼みました。 パンにハムをのせるだけでこんなにも美味しいと驚きです。ハムが美味しいからですね、、、納得。 ハイジを思い出しました＾＾ そしてもちろんサラダやソーセージも美味しくいただきました。 パエリアにはカニ🦀がのっていて すごく良い香りがして美味しかったです。ご飯はパエリアにしては少し柔らかめかな？と思いましたが これは好みの問題でしょう。すごく美味しかったです。 料理と料理の感覚も良く、気持ちよく食事ができました。 ハムなどの販売もされていましたが 今回は予算の関係で諦めました。 でも、そんなに高くなかったです。たまたま私のお財布の中が寂しい状況だっただけです。 次はハムもベーコンも買って帰るぞー...

ピザ好きはパエリアよりピザの方がおすすめかも♪ あ〜もうピザ食べたくなってる🥰🥹
