I'm from the USA, so my review will come from that perspective.
The atmosphere was great. I like their choice of decor and music. It felt comfortable to eat. Regular seating, and not lounge seating. That's good, too.
The service was great. Attentive and quick. We asked a burger to be cut in half and put on two plates for our children. They accommodated with no issue.
The burger. As an American in Japan, I'm often looking for a burger that is mouthwatering and gives you a punch of excitement. A burger you can't put down, you want to finish quickly, and in the end, want more. I usually prefer burgers that are juicier with more char, and a bit more fat. I feel the burger at DeliBros, like other hamburger shops in Kurume, cater towards Japanese (for obvious reasons). Definitely more 和風. To me, I couldn't differentiate between the bacon cheese burger, and a normal cheese burger. I LOVE bacon, but if I were to come here again, I wouldn't get the bacon cheese burger. Also, a bit too much lettuce, IMO.
The taste of the meat, the portion, and the bun were all good. The sauce was a hit with my wife. It tasted like steak sauce or some variation of worcestershire sauce. This place is a bit difficult to notice on the side of the road and if you are traveling with the train station on your left then you will have to turn around at the light and head the opposite direction . There are also only three parking spots as long as two people are considerate enough, which when I came one person was not as far over as they could be so I was not comfortable trying to park. There is plenty of parking across the street at the train station though. There is outdoor seating which allowed me to have my dog with me rather than having to leave him in the car. The burger was really good and authentic. They provide burger sleeves to help eating which is very helpful. The chili burger was simply an acidic sauce added to the burger which my wife did not particularly like. They have pickled jalapenos which is awesome. The lemonade and ishii cider are nice lightly...

2015年6月、「道の駅うきは」の目の前にオープンした、本格派ハンバーガーの専門店。 地元の食材で全て手作りしている、地産地消のハンバーガーが目玉商品です。 オーナーがうきはでお店を開く為、東京のハンバーガー屋さんで2年修行した後に20代で開かれたお店とのこと。 古材が効果的に活かされたアーリーアメリカンなインテリアは、レトロで今風なデザインとパステルカラーの色合いが可愛らしく、雰囲気抜群でした(←黒板に描かれている、黒い頭巾を被った小人キャラがユーモラスでかわいいです)。 お店に入ると、オーナーや店員さんから明るい挨拶で出迎えられるのが心地よかったです。 マスク越しでも笑顔なのが伝わり、にこやかな接客でした。
