Okinawa Hamburger — Restaurant in Uruma

Cute small burger shop that distinguishes itself from the other small shops with a cave like window with bear mascots all around. But even more importantly the burger here was amazing, simple with the perfect amount of toppings to choose from to make a very simple burger or a nice Bacon, Lettuce, Tomato burger which was my choice. The Yuzu sauce is absolutely perfect for the burger, adding just a little citrus flavor that goes really well with the tomatoes. In terms of service, if I could give 6 stars I would do it. The staff is always smiling and excited to see people come to there window even if they are busy cooking multiple orders. Menus were available in English and Japanese and the girl at the counter was very fast to help with recommendations and explain the ordering process. When I finally got my order I accidentally dropped the top bun and instantly the girl cooking burgers ran out to help me and fix my burger order with a smile on her face. The burger was good, although a bit over cooked. Ingredients were high quality and tasty, except the potato wedges were just run of the mill. They did mot have an English menu, but I speak enough Japanese to order what I wanted. The burger could have used some more sauce, was a bit dry.
