サーロイン
ステーキと言えばサーロイン、言わずと知れた肉の王様でイギリス国王ヘンリー8世により「サー」の称号を与えられた部位です。(サー。イギリス貴族の栄誉称号)らしく、ステーキとして最高で、1センチ以上の厚切りにして焼くと肉汁が逃げません。脂が多い部位でステーキらしい味が味わえるので男性にオススメの部位です。甘み・風味に優れ、ジューシーな肉質が特徴です。(個人的感想: 300g400g位の厚さが最高です! (1.52cm位の厚さ))
テンダーロイン (ヒレ)
テンダーロイン(フィレ)は肉の部位のなかでは最も運動箇所であるため、非常に柔らかく脂肪のほとんどない赤身の肉です。旨み・香りも素晴らしく、肉繊維が非常に細くなるため、口の中でほどけていくような柔らかさを楽しめます。
リブロース
リブロースには程よく霜降りがあり牛肉らしいうま味を味わえます。ロースと名の付く部位は焼くのに適した肉と言われており、ステーキに向いた部位とされています。リブロースはその他のロースの中でも最もステーキに適している部分になります。

This restaurant was what we needed! The meat that I had was so tender, seasoned perfectly and everything that came with the meal was fulfilling. Both my husband and daughter also enjoyed their meals claiming that their meat was flavoursome and tender as well. I was very surprised at this little steak house. Its small, only a few tables but the staff was very polite and the steak was very juicy and yummy. If you want to get away from the bigger steak houses while still enjoying a yummy steak I suggest Sado. The parking is limited (I think only 3 or 4 cars) so car pool if you...
