Hachiban Ramen - Wajima — Restaurant in Wajima

I went to the 8-ban Ramen Wajima branch in Ishikawa Prefecture.I immediately ordered a vegetable ramen with fried rice and miso soup using the tablet provided. The medium-thick chirimen noodles are delicious and well mixed with the sweetness of cabbage and other vegetables infused in the soup.The amount of vegetables and other ingredients was nice.The combination with gyoza and rice was also good. 復興があまり進んでない時にお邪魔しました。 輪島の方では飲食店があまりやっていない中、輪島の入り口？位にある地元チェーンのラーメン屋さんに寄らせていただきました。

駐車場は店舗隣接まあまあります。

6名テーブル　×2 4名テーブル7席ほど カウンター10席

野菜ラーメン味噌 スープは生姜香る味噌で、味噌の風味と甘味がきてからのしょっぱみがくる感じ。しょっぱめだがうまい。 野菜は少し柔らかめの少しシャキシャキ食感。 麺はひらめんのような中太麺。 チャーシューは少し硬めのオーソドックスな感じ。

餃子 小ぶりであんの量も少ないが香りがいい。

チャーハン ただの塩胡椒のチャーハンではない。なんの調味料を使っているだろう？後味は沖縄のそばのあと残りと近い感じ。ナンプラーかな？ 変わっているが甘みと塩みが程よく美味しい。
