水無月序盤の休日、遠征途中でランチに伺ったのは和気町「むっちゃん」さん、旧道沿いの立地ですね、駐車場は店舗北側のほうが広いです。 店内はスクエア空間、テーブル席もありますがカウンター席メインの構成、13時過ぎの訪問で先客1名さんです。 注文はそばモダン（中）、メリケン輪っかは大きめ、キャベツと豚肉を手早く高温で炒めメリケン輪っかにのせます。そばはラードで炒め、これにもキャベツを投入します。終盤で最終合体を行い、焼き卵をのせて完成です。 鉄板が高温なので短時間で焼き上がります、全体的に香ばしい味わいですがキャベツの甘さはありません。ソースはブレンドで少し辛めの味わいでした！ 広島仕上げですがキャベツ二回投入を含めてオリジナル性が高いお好み焼きでした。

Great okonomiyaki! We were the only two people in the restaurant (it was close to closing time), and we had a great talk with the owner while we were eating. A few different types and styles of okonomi to try...the sauce...
