They offer free WiFi. The building itself amazing and piece of Art Despite it's mountain but they managed to build it which I believe its a challenge.food is great really great and beautiful.the place is small but many people choose to drive all the way to visit here my self driving from Kobe . Seen a car from Nagoya as well. The view is really amazing ( THE STAFF ARE Really kind) despite dealing with heavy crowded and the stress of small kitchen . really 5 star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ is nothing it deserves 10 stars. the way they managed the place and provide small parking 🅿️ it really amazing. Keep the good job

I have seen some comments of people complain so I would like to tell them this place is really famous so it's normally to be over crowded and the food to be late due to heavy amount of order considering the size of the kitchen which is really small . And the staff have to deal with all this huge number of customers so you can imagine thire stress . I believe no way to extend the size of the place as this is limited aria so 10 Star for the staff and the owner and I sai don't mind those selfish blind customer whom complain for no reason .

某SNS無料アプリで、紹介されてる方が、いらっしゃるので利用しました。 紹介されてる方によると、 「カウンター席から、店舗周辺に広がる広大な一面広がる茶畑を眺めながら、食事が出来るので是非お勧めです!!」と紹介されていたので、すごく楽しみにしていたのですが・・・

まず、店舗に到着したら、利用しようとしている方々が、列をなして並んでいるとしても、列の最後尾に並ばずに すぐに、入口ドアを開けて従業員の方に、利用したい旨を伝えてください。 そうしないと、何も分からず (あっ、最後尾に並べば順に食事出来るなぁ・・・)と並んでも、従業員の方が名前を呼び、店舗内の席に案内するので、従業員の方に伝えなければ、並んでいても、食事は出来ません(と、思います)。 私も、初めての利用なので、分からずに列の最後尾に並んでいたら、従業員の方が、名前と電話番号を書き込みしてある用紙がセットしてあるボードを持って、名前を呼んでいたので (あっ・・・)と、速攻 従業員の方に 利用したい旨を伝えたら、名前と電話番号を聞かれて、用紙に書き込みしていただけました。 と、伝えたのは良かったのですが・・・

この店舗には、店側からの御客様が利用する際のマナー？があるのか、 名前と電話番号を伝えたら

「順番に御案内しますが、店舗内が狭く、テーブル席も少なく、食事してる方が退席しない限り、空いた席に座っていただく事になるので、御客様の望まれる席には、御案内出来ないと思いますが、よろしいですか？」

「この時間からだと席が空かない限り、御案内出来ないので、席に御案内出来るまでに、時間を30分から1時間お待ちいただく事になりますが、よろしいですか？」等々と質問されて、質問される度に、「大丈夫です。」と伝えなければならなくて・・・ こちらからの返答は、まぁ良いとしても、質問される従業員の方の態度？

いくらマニュアル通りに説明されてるとしても、無表情で淡々と説明されると、(しまった、何か利用するの止めた方が良いかも・・・)と思ってしまいました。 私も、販売する内容は違えど一応、 長年、同じ接客業をしているので、 私が受けた従業員の方の接客態度を見ると(ここでの食事利用のリピートは、ないなぁ・・・)と思いました。 この従業員の方は、食事を終えた支払の際や、初めて訪れたので、この地域の観光地等々、主人が尋ねた際も、 終始、無表情で淡々と話されていたので、(そういう方なんだなぁ・・・)と思いましたが、そんな態度の場合 (何か、怒ってるのかなぁ？)と感じてしまいます・・・

食事内容は、思っていたより、想像の上を行く程、すごく美味しくて バラエティー豊かな食事内容で、大満足でした。 また、食後にジェラート？も頼んで 食べましたが、シングルサイズながら (これでもか!!)と思う程、カップに たっぷりの量が入っていて、十分堪能出来ました。

ただ、風景を眺めながらの食事は カウンター席が空かない限り、出来ないので、(どうしても、カウンター席で広大な茶畑を眺めながら、食事をしたい!!)と思う方は、半ば、期待しないで 利用に向かう方が良いと思います。 また到着して、カウンター席を見て 空きがない場合、諦めた方が良いと思います。 要するに、(運)だと思います。

従業員の方からは、「30分から、1時間は待つ事になりますが、よろしいですか？」と聞かれて「大丈夫です。」と答えましたが、開店時間と到着時間を想定して行ったので、名前を呼ばれて、席に案内されるまでの時間は、想定内でしたし、待ち時間は約30分程度だったので、良かったです。

もう１つアドバイスするならば、小さい...

We were on our way to a tea plantation and stopped by Dan Dan for lunch.

Ordered their curry rice and pork katsu set.

Taste- great! Price, reasonable. Parking, easy. Service- good. Atmosphere and surroundings- fantastic.

If you sit facing the plantation, you will be able to soak in the superb views while munching. Serenity is the theme here.

Couple of outdoor tables available if you don't mind the cold. It was about 15°C at that time.

Cafe is a simple and neat place to get a coffee too. Loved it. Would I come back,...
