Tanigaki — Restaurant in Yabu

Laid back place with interesting food that excites the palate. Tried the sake and they were very tasty. Like the decor. Service was so so as the place was quite busy with only one server who also had to prepare drinks, serve and do the payments. It would help to have English menu or at least some pictures of the food for those not versed...

朝倉山椒を食べれるお店ということで行きました。

山椒レモンサワー・・・レモンの味が勝ってて山椒の味が薄い

山椒レモンスカッシュ・・・美味しい、山椒の味は薄いけどサワーよりかはする。レモンシロップ？が美味い

山椒日本酒(冷や)・・・レモンの味が完全に買ってるレモン酒

山椒入りシュウマイ・・・美味い　肉肉しい、山椒の味が多少感じられる、微妙だけど軽く痺れる感じ

カツオたたき・・・付け合わせのナスめっちゃ美味しい、香ばしい。カツオたたきも香ばしくて美味い、醤油なしの方がうまい

山椒チーズケーキ・・・めっちゃ美味い！山椒の旨さが上手にチーズケーキに活かされてる。チーズケーキ自体もちょうどいい硬さで美味しい絶品

総論・・・美味いけど山椒の味薄いから朝倉山椒を楽しみに来たならがっかりかも。山椒好きには物足りない。値段は高いからコスパ的にも物足りないかな
