Hitomekuri — Restaurant in Yakushima

I spent a month in Japan about 9 months ago and the time I spent on Yakushima was the highlight of it for me.

This restaurant has incredibly friendly staff, a nice atmosphere and some of the best food I have ever had. In particular, I keep thinking back to this spicy ramen with a white broth, deer meat and (I believe) nuts and mushrooms. Hopefully I get to go back someday.
