多くの良い口コミを拝見し、将来的には常連として継続的に利用したいと思い、こちらのお店に問い合わせをさせていただきました。 最初に野菜や果物を注文できるか伺ったところ、「常連のお客様のみ対応」とのご返答でした。そのため、2週間に1度の定期注文を希望していることをお伝えし、あわせて牛乳や卵の取り扱いがあるかも確認いたしました。

しかし、その後いただいたお返事は非常に簡潔で、「お名前やご住所が分からないため対応できない」こと、そして卵や牛乳は取り扱いがないことのみが記されておりました。 ただ実際には、私の名前や連絡先について尋ねられることは一度もなく、それにもかかわらず「情報がないので対応できない」と断られてしまいました。 必要な情報を最初に確認していただければ、そのままスムーズにやり取りを進められたのではないかと感じております。

良い評判を拝見し、定期的に注文してお店を応援したいと真剣に考えていただけに、今回のやり取りでは新規客として歓迎されていない印象を受けてしまい、大変残念でした。 もちろん、お店ごとの方針や事情があることは理解しておりますが、新規のお客様からのお問い合わせに対しては、まず基本的な情報（氏名・住所・希望頻度など）を確認するような、より分かりやすく温かいご案内をいただければ、初めて利用する者にとっても安心して相談できるのではないかと思います。I contacted this farm because of its many positive reviews, hoping to become a regular customer in the future. At first, I asked if I could order vegetables and fruits, and the reply was that they only serve regular customers. I then explained that I wished to place a regular order once every two weeks, and also asked if they carried milk and eggs. The reply I received was very brief, stating only that since they dont have my name or address, they will not provide service, and that they do not handle eggs or milk. However, the shop had never asked me for my name or contact details in the first place, and yet they denied delivery. It would have been much smoother if they had simply asked for this information so we could proceed. Because I had read the reviews and sincerely wanted to order regularly and support this business, the exchange left me with the impression of being unwelcome as a new customer, which was disappointing. Of course, I understand every shop has its own policies and circumstances, but I believe that with a friendlier and clearer response to new inquiries — starting with basic information such as name, address, and order frequency — new customers could feel more comfortable and...

One of the few places in Yamaguchi that serves vegetarian food, from the moment you get in you feel at home. The owner is a farmer, all of his ingredients are farmed at the restaurant. You can see the farms and an amazing view when seated down.

I am glad we planned to have our meal at this restaurant during our trip to Yamaguchi. The food and drinks are so good. My husband is a vegetarian and he does not like to eat out much due to limited selection and lack of flavour. However, he absolutely loves the food and drink we ordered.
