The location is great, the room is great! It was super quiet that you can only hear the crickets and the water flowing right next to your bed! The bed was super comfortable and clean, and there was a power outlet, two lights, place to hang your clothes, a trash bin, and an air conditioner. The only thing I can think of that was a bit unfortunate was a lack of table. However, the owner says that there should be a table coming soon! (And the layout of the room might change again!) Thanks for the wonderful accommodation!

Très belle auberge rurale le long de la rivière. Des chambres de style japonais et deux logements indépendants avec vue sur la rivière. Dans un joli village. Toilettes et salle de douche communes et très propres. Accueil très sympa par des jeunes qui ont envie de bien faire les choses. Salle de séjour commune très bien décorée dans un style rétro. Terrasse. Proche d'un superbe onsen. Bon petit déjeuner de style continental. Seuls petits bémols: les chambres traditionnelles sont mal isolées phoniquement et comme partout au Japon des moustiques en cette saison! A recommander si vous êtes dans la région.

都会の喧騒を離れた場所を求め立ち寄る。駐車場がわからず、一度通り過ぎるが改めて通ると(小さな)看板が出ており、景観を壊さない為の配慮と理解する。駐車場からお店まで歩いて2～3分だが直接見える位置にはないが集落の方が「こっちがお店」と静に教えて頂いた。お店は若干床等を張り直し、壁を抜いて開放的且つ風通しを考慮した作りに変えていますが、好くも悪くも民家をそのままです。サービス面も含めて、ほったらかし。希望して2階の奥(玄関・土間上)の部屋にしましたが、店員さんが部屋に来たのは、お願いしてお水とオーダーの時と料理を運んで来た時だけで、滞在時間約2時間、最終的には部屋でゴロゴロしてもまったくおとがめなし。特筆すべきは座敷犬はそのまま入室OK。逆に飼い主として素そうや他のお客さんに迷惑かけないように気をつけて。料理はホットサンドを人数分と野菜生春巻きをひとつ頼みましたが、ホットサンドがボリュームがあり、私の頼み方では量がおおすぎ。また隠れメニューもあるようなのでシェアできる関係の方とならそちらもオススメ！時計を外して、スマホも閉じて時間の無駄使いが一番の上級なつかいかたかもしれません

Perfect stay for any foreigners exploring Japan who only speak English. The owners are friendly and helpful. The house stay is clean and roomy with good music and memorabilia. Also perfect location and close to hottarakashi onzen hot springs which allow travellers with tattoos. Thank you for a great stay and also guiding us where to enjoy tasty food for...
