三代続く丸安魚店のオーナーが創る料理 魚料理が美味しいのはもちろんのことですが 若い頃和食で修行され、創業後も常連様たちの声に応え続けて、より進化したメニューの数々が楽しめるのが魅力です 事前予約が必須のお店だけど、行って損することはありません オーナーご夫婦とお話しさせていただくことができたのですが 話しててもお客さま、料理、仕事への愛が伝わってきて勉強になりました あくなき探究心で、進化し続けるさかな家。SNS活動も含めてこれからも応援していきます

お店の隣は同じ経営の魚屋、水戸の市場から仕入れてるそう。なので魚は活きがいい。伺った当日はヒラメとカツオの皮造りからスタート。酒は地元の南郷純米、肴とぴったり。箸休みに自家製のキムチを所望。仕上がりが辛口なので、酒を流し込む。そこで土地柄、目光の唐揚げを頼む。ふわふわの仕上がり。 締めはじゃこ入りの焼きおにぎりの茶漬け。これで4千円じゃ安すぎないだろうか？
