2/21(金)17時頃に来店 40代〜50代の女性スタッフ2人がレジで接客中。右側のレジスタッフがショーケース前に移動してケーキ注文のお客様対応、左側のレジスタッフが箱詰めのお菓子の包装をし始めて、会計待ちのため足跡マークの所に立って並んでいるのにレジが無人状態。 しばらく待っていても状況変わらず。「もう少々お待ち下さい」の一言もなく完全無視。 その後、カウンター奥から若い女性スタッフが出てきたから、レジ応援に来たかと思っていたら、包装している大柄な女性スタッフに指示されて、PC前に立って熨斗の作成に取り掛かり始めた。 レジ前で会計待ちで並ぶ客を放置して、スタッフ2人で進物対応するとは問題外。会計待ちで混雑している時は、進物は1人でやるべき！ カゴの中の商品を棚に返して、何も買わずに帰った。 この...
