Date of enjoyment: 12/4/25 Dropped by here on the way to Yonezawa and they are not just famous for their beef but also their eggs here. The farm is actually across the road but this is the cafe that uses the eggs to do lunch and desserts. There’s also a shop front where they sell desserts and fresh eggs at a bargain, 50eggs for 1800 yen is unbelievable value. We ordered the custard strawberry pancake, kids omurice menu and custard cake. The pancake was airy and believe me this is way better than the fluffy cloud pancake that’s all the craze, the strawberries were fresh and goes so well with the spring theme. Kids did not waste a single bit of the food and suffice to say these guys are experts with the usage of eggs. This is slightly out of the way from yonezawa city but it is well worth the drive if you do have a car. There’s no foreign...

This place is super popular, and rightly so. This company so an amazing job of making eggs look cool :)

The lunches are really good, though quite meaty for this vegetarian, and the pancake plate (ordered without bacon) is one of the most "brunchy" pancake and egg plates I've had in Japan. Vegan options are obviously difficult for a place like this, but some lacto-ovo vegetarian options would be awesome and I will add the 5th star when that happens ;)

I like to believe that their chickens are kept in great conditions and live fulfilled lives in comparison to other egg suppliers, but I can't find any official...

5つのフレーバーが入っていて マダガスカル産バニラビーンズをたっぷり使用された「プレーン」は 甘く芳醇な香りとたまごの濃厚な旨みをダイレクトに味わえるプリン🍮

え、美味しい、！…美味しい……なんだこれ美味しい、！！？ ってすっごい喋りながら食べてた笑笑

下層部のプリンは、卵の味が濃いとろけるプリン🍮

底には、バニラビーンズがいっぱい。

プリンの味は、甘いがクリームと卵の味が濃厚なのでちょうどいい甘さでとても美味しい‼️
